Rebel Depot LLC operates this store and website — rebel-depot.com — including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Rebel Depot is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence — in South Dakota, that means 18 years of age — and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services — including browsing our store or making a purchase — you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Don't share your login with anyone. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

Our Products
We work hard to represent our products accurately in our online store. That said, colors and product appearance can vary depending on your screen, device settings, and display configuration. What you see on your monitor may not be a perfect match for what arrives at your door — that's a screen problem, not a us problem.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or exactly match what's depicted in our store. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Section 3
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Rebel Depot LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Rebel Depot confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Because we are a print-on-demand operation, orders go into production quickly. Please review your order carefully before submitting — Rebel Depot LLC may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and sent to fulfillment. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4
Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices on rebel-depot.com may differ from prices offered through any third-party platforms or physical retailers. Promotions offered through the Services are governed by separate terms, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) your credit card information is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use that card, (iii) charges will be honored by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.
South Dakota state sales tax of 4.2% will be applied to orders shipping to South Dakota addresses, in accordance with SDCL Title 10. Tax rates for other states will be applied as required by law.
Section 5
Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or anything else outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
As a print-on-demand store, production time is added to shipping time. We'll always do our best to give you accurate timelines, and we'll reach out if there's a significant delay on our end. If your package goes missing after leaving our fulfillment partner, we'll help you figure it out — we just can't guarantee what happens once it's in the carrier's hands.

Intellectual Property
All content on rebel-depot.com — including trademarks, brand names, slogans, text, images, graphics, product designs, artwork, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above — is owned by Rebel Depot LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and applicable South Dakota intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark law.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Rebel Depot LLC, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use may violate applicable federal and South Dakota intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rebel Depot LLC.
The name Rebel Depot, the Rebel Depot logo, and associated slogans — including "All the Grit. Twice the Attitude." and "Depot Nation" — are trademarks of Rebel Depot LLC. Do not use them without our written permission. Shopify's name and marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. and are used with permission.
Section 7
Optional Tools
We may provide access to optional third-party tools through the Services. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsements of any kind. We have no control over or liability for third-party tools, and your use of them is entirely at your own risk. Review the terms of any third-party tool before using it.
We may introduce new features, tools, or resources through the Services in the future. Those additions will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. If you leave rebel-depot.com to visit another site, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party websites, products, or services. Relationship with Shopify
Rebel Depot LLC's store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate and provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Rebel Depot LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Rebel Depot LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Rebel Depot LLC.

Privacy Policy
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read both.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights to any Feedback you submit, that you've disclosed any compensation received in connection with it, and that it complies with these Terms. We're not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, pay you for it, or respond to it.
We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or the rights of others. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you submit and its accuracy.

Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate — at any time, without prior notice, including after you've placed an order. We'll always let you know if that affects your order.

You also agree not to upload viruses or malicious code, reproduce or resell any part of the Services, collect other users' personal information, or interfere with the security features of the Services or any connected website.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate any part of these Terms. We won't lose sleep over it.

Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING SOUTH DAKOTA, LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA, IN NO CASE SHALL REBEL DEPOT LLC, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS — OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES — BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebel Depot LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which you agree not to unreasonably withhold. You'll cooperate with us in the defense of any such claim.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be severed from these Terms, and that determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. The rest of the agreement holds.

Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on rebel-depot.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rebel Depot LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals — oral or written. Any ambiguities in these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Section 20
Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without consent is null and void. Rebel Depot LLC may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time without notice to you.
Section 21
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and Rebel Depot LLC consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Dakota for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services. If we can't resolve a dispute informally first — and we'll always try — that's where it goes.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
