We want you to love your order

At Rebel Depot, we stand behind every item that leaves our fulfillment partners and heads your way. We're a print-on-demand operation, which means your order is made specifically for you the moment you place it. We don't keep shelves of inventory sitting around — your tee, your sticker, your Coffee gets roasted or made when you order it.

That said, if something arrives wrong or damaged, we will absolutely make it right. No runaround. No hoops. Just email us and we'll handle it.

What we accept returns for

We offer refunds or replacements for the following:

· Wrong item received — you ordered a medium and got an XL, wrong design, wrong color, wrong product entirely. That's on us. We'll fix it.
· Damaged or defective products — arrived with a print defect, fabric flaw, or was damaged in transit. Document it with a photo and reach out. We've got you.

All return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.

Because every item is made to order: We are unable to accept returns for reasons of buyer's remorse, sizing errors made at checkout, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering — they're on every product page. If you have questions before you buy, email us at support@rebel-depot.com and we'll help you get the right size.

 

How to start a return or refund

It's a short process. Here's how it works:

1:  Email us within 30 days. Send your request to support@rebel-depot.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2:  Send a photo if applicable. For damaged or defective items, attach a clear photo of the issue. This helps us resolve things faster and holds our fulfillment partners accountable.

3:  We'll review and respond. We'll get back to you within 1–3 business days with next steps — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or a return authorization.

4:  Return shipping. If a physical return is required, you are responsible for providing return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit on the return trip.

5:  Refund or replacement issued. Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Exchanges

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis for eligible items. Since every order is printed on demand, we may issue a replacement rather than a traditional exchange. Contact us at support@rebel-depot.com and we'll work out the best solution for your situation.

 

Restocking fees & final sale

We do not charge restocking fees. Ever. And we don't have any final sale items — everything in the depot is eligible for consideration under this policy within the 30-day window, provided it meets the return criteria above.

 

South Dakota consumer rights

This policy is designed to comply with applicable South Dakota consumer protection law under the South Dakota Codified Laws (SDCL). Your statutory rights as a South Dakota consumer are not limited or excluded by anything in this policy. If you have concerns about your consumer rights, you may contact the South Dakota Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at 1-800-300-1986 or consumer.sd.gov.
